Alfonso has an extensive background in legislative affairs in political bodies of Spain and the United States.
Alfonso joined Vinces in January 2014. Previously, he worked in Washington DC at the office of U.S. Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (Miami, Florida) and as a junior advisor at the Embassy of Spain in the United States.
In Spain, he has worked as a legal counsel in the Catalan and Spanish parliaments and as an intern at the law firm Uria Menendez. Alfonso was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to study an MA in Legislative Affairs in the Graduate School of Political Management, College attached to The George Washington University (Washington DC).
Alfonso has a degree in Law and Political Science from CEU Abat Oliva University in Barcelona.
